Evelyn Antonysen is a renowned expressive painter and teacher of watercolour from Tasmania’s North coast. Influenced by Japanese Sumi E painting and Max Angus her style allows pigment and paper to interact in a painterly manner to describe the windswept strands and rocky coves characteristic of this island.
