Markus Viner
is a watercolourist with a unique background in the arts. As curator , designer and arts administrator he has contributed mightily to the European and Australian art scenes. Long before his distinguished career however, he had an identity as an entrepreneurial teenage painter visiting homes in his neighbourhood offering to paint portraits of residences. This bespoke art practice funded his arts education and now, living in Tasmania he returns to his roots, describing the built environment with charm and a sure eye for the quirky.
