We See Things by Tim Price

In this strange pixillated world where giant birds stand sentinel in the corner of the room sometimes we see things. A couple gives each other comfort on the couch and out the window the bridge traffic roars.

Tim says;
When I was painting it I had in the back of my head those Brett Whitely interior paintings of his Lavender Bay house, with all the sex in them. There are statues in them, often of naked women. I wanted something similar, but with a different psychology, so I put a big bird, like a taxidermy trophy, but also with a lot of presence, like it could also be a real live bird.
